• Email sign-ups. When you request a free resource, such as the book Owner, Not Operator, you give us your email address and sometimes your name. Our sign-up forms and email list are run on GoHighLevel, which stores that information on our behalf.
• Purchases. Paid products are sold through ThriveCart. ThriveCart and its payment processors handle your payment details. We receive order information such as your name, email, and what you bought, but we do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data. Like most websites, our pages and service providers may record things like your browser type, device, pages visited, and the site that referred you.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, such as a free book or a purchase.
• To send emails you signed up for, including newsletters and occasional offers.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To answer your questions and keep records we are required to keep.
